Complete Platform Usage Guide

QQBET is a digital entertainment platform providing sports betting, live casino games, and other related entertainment products. The platform is operated by an entity that holds a license from the relevant regulatory authority. Use of QQBET's services is subject to the terms applicable in our operational jurisdiction and relevant international law.

Each user is only permitted to have one active account on the QQBET platform. Holding more than one account by the same individual — under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is a serious violation of these terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. QQBET enforces an identity verification (KYC) process that must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed. Required documents include:

• Valid National Identity Card (KTP)
• Selfie photo holding your identity document
• Proof of the bank account or e-wallet used for transactions

Bets placed during an interrupted internet connection mid-session remain valid if already confirmed by the QQBET server. If the connection drops before confirmation, the bet is considered void and the balance is automatically refunded.

All promotions and bonuses offered by QQBET have specific terms and conditions listed on each promotion's page. The following general terms apply to all bonuses:

• Every bonus has a rollover (turnover) requirements that must be met before bonus funds or bonus winnings can be withdrawn as real funds
• Rollover is calculated based on the bonus amount received, not the deposit amount
• Cancelled, void, or below-minimum-odds bets do not count toward rollover fulfillment
• Only one bonus may be active per game category at any given time
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, traded, or directly exchanged for cash

The level of sanction is proportionate to the severity of the violation, ranging from written warnings, temporary suspension, and bonus forfeiture, to permanent account closure and reporting to the relevant authorities.

QQBET provides the feature self-exclusion which can be activated at any time by the member from the account settings. Available features include:

• Daily/weekly/monthly deposit limits — limits the maximum deposit amount within a specified period
• Loss limits — automatically stops betting when losses reach the set limit
• Session limits — limits the duration of play within a single session
• Temporary self-exclusion — suspends the account for 1 day to 6 months
• Permanent self-exclusion — permanently closes the account with no possibility of reopening

QQBET also reserves the right to restrict or discontinue service to specific members based on operational considerations, including but not limited to unusual activity, indicators of problem gambling, or requests from verified family members.

QQBET reserves the right to change, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect from the date they are published on this page. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

For disputes relating to bets, game results, or financial transactions, members may submit a complaint to the QQBET customer support team within 7 calendar days of the disputed event. QQBET is committed to resolving all disputes within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, members may escalate the matter to an arbitration or mediation body recognized by QQBET's licensing authority in accordance with applicable regulations.
